1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "22bmw" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at 22bmw.one and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a 22bmw account or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration with 22bmw.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account with 22bmw. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.4 Account Registration

To register a 22bmw account, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number, a verified email address, date of birth confirming eligibility, and a secure password. 22bmw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 22bmw account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — regardless of whether authorized by you — is deemed your responsibility. 22bmw strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided to 22bmw during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful and current. Players must promptly update their account details in the event of any change to their personal information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 22bmw constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 22bmw requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. 22bmw may request KYC documentation at any time, and failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

22bmw accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor. 22bmw bears no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment service providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 22bmw within thirty (30) minutes on average for verified accounts, subject to the Player having completed KYC verification and satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 22bmw reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All 22bmw account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific payment methods such as USDT TRC20. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

22bmw is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected to illegal activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. All suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 22bmw are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiration dates. General bonus conditions include:

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot games. 22bmw does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined by certified technical systems beyond the control of 22bmw staff.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — affected game rounds may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's account. 22bmw's decision in such circumstances is final. Winnings generated during a demonstrable system malfunction shall not be honored.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 22bmw Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 22bmw Games or systems;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated unfair play in multiplayer game environments;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Attempting to access the accounts, systems, or data of other 22bmw Players;
• Impersonating any individual or entity in connection with the 22bmw Platform;
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other tools to misrepresent geographic location for the purpose of circumventing territorial restrictions;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the 22bmw Platform, its infrastructure, or the experience of other Players.

Breach of this Section 7 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, game assets, software, text, graphics, and visual interfaces displayed on the 22bmw Platform are the property of 22bmw or its licensed third-party providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 22bmw content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

22bmw's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 22bmw account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22bmw does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error, and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

22bmw is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player;
• Loss Limits: Configurable ceilings on net losses over defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session time reminders and forced breaks;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Configurable in-session pop-ups displaying time played and net session result.

11. Suspension & Termination

22bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• Identification of multiple accounts registered to the same individual;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds balance may be forfeited at 22bmw's discretion. Accounts closed at a Player's own request for reasons other than breach will have any verified Real Money Funds balance returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 22bmw regarding any Game outcome, transaction, bonus award, or other Platform matter, Players must first contact 22bmw customer support via Live Chat or email at [email protected] and allow 22bmw a reasonable period — not less than ten (10) business days — to investigate and respond.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 22bmw support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulatory frameworks. 22bmw commits to cooperating fully with any properly initiated regulatory investigation.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments

22bmw reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation. Continued use of the 22bmw Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
